Overview
Nullhaven is the administrative and cultural center most frequently covered by The Void Times. Its neighborhoods combine ordinary schools, offices, bakeries, and parks with roads that cross unstable gaps in space.
Residents organize the city by signal district rather than by compass direction. Public signs therefore use color, sound, and transmission numbers to help travelers find their destination.
Districts
The Press District contains The Void Times office and the oldest public newspaper stands. Eyeview Elementary lies in a quieter school district built around a large green field and a long interior hallway.
Below the visible city is a second transit layer. Most maps omit this area, although Platform Zero occasionally appears on station boards shortly before sunrise.
Weather
Nullhaven weather is partly controlled by satellites and atmospheric signal towers. Forecasts may include ordinary rain as well as color fog, static showers, upward wind, and temporary black-sun conditions.
